Over 40? U of T is a top place to work

U of T has been honoured as one of the Top Employers for Canadians Over 40.
Since 2001, the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers have published an annual list of the best workplaces for older Canadians. These employers are Canada's leaders in creating "special programs and benefits of interest to employees aged 40 years and older".
"It is great to be recognized in this way," says Angela Hildyard, Vice-President, Human Resources & Equity. "We have much to offer employees in this age group and as an employer we benefit greatly from their collective years of experience."
