U of T faculty, staff and students recognized with 2025 Awards of Excellence

The University of Toronto has announced the winners of the 2025 Awards of Excellence, presented annually in collaboration with the U of T Alumni Association (UTAA) to recognize outstanding and inspiring faculty, staff, librarians and students.

"Each of you has made an outstanding contribution to the University of Toronto community," said U of T President Meric Gertler in a video address to the recipients. "In so doing, you have set an inspiring example for our students, faculty, librarians and staff.

"As I near the end of my term as president, I can say that you and your predecessors are crucial to our collective success. Our Awards of Excellence winners have propelled us to even greater heights of excellence as Canada's leading university."
